Software Engineer

Reports to: Manager, Research & Development

Location: Ottawa, Ontario

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking talented and passionate software engineers to join our R&D team to work on our next generation SmartGrid and Utility Enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of latest software technologies and a passion for building market leading products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive knowledge of Java Enterprise technologies
• Understanding of advanced database concepts
• Passion for superior product design
• Experience and interest in Open Source projects
• Aptitudes in working with highly skilled individuals in a team environment
• Strong communicator (written and verbal)
• Promote modern software development methodologies
• Bachelor’s (Masters) degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
