OTTAWA, ON - 02 January 2008 -- The NorthStar division (Harris NorthStar) of Harris Computer Systems (Harris) is pleased to announce today that Renfrew Hydro in Renfrew, ON is now live on NorthStar, its flagship CIS product. Harris provides utilities, schools and municipal governments with market-leading software solutions. Renfrew Hydro went live on NorthStar CIS on 17 December 2007. Their business operations had a productive first week with the NorthStar system, successfully taking cash, processing EBT transactions, and posting and printing bills.
