Harris NorthStar to Provide CIS/Billing Solution for City of Evanston, Illinois

OTTAWA, ON - 15 September 2008 -- The NorthStar division (Harris NorthStar) of Harris Computer Systems is pleased to announce that it was selected by the City of Evanston, Illinois to deliver its customer information and billing solution.  Harris NorthStar will implement their NorthStar CIS utility billing solution along with eCare web, mCare, mobile service orders, Executive Information System, and their new Embedded Reporting system.

City of Evanston Water Utility delivers water services to 14,400 customers.  The Evanston Water Utility also bills sewer and sanitation services along with non metered water lines for fire protection.
