Asset Monitoring
Monitoring of assets extends from identifying malfunctioning meters to monitoring the entire AMI/AMR network. Performance of the network is measured in terms of percentage of successful reads delivered, then intuitive map-based views allow the user to drill down and look under the covers. This helps to understand under-performing parts of the communication network as well as identifying potential shortfalls, for instance in the data for an upcoming billing cycle.
